What if it doesn't work in 30 days?
If your first workflow isn't live and producing measurable results in 30 days, we keep working at no extra cost until it is. We've extended once or twice — never more than two weeks. We only take projects we're confident we can ship.
Do I need a technical person on my team?
No. That's the whole point of done-for-you. We do the building, the integration, the deployment, and the team training. You give us a few hours of an operator's time during week one, then we run with it.
What tools do you use under the hood?
We pick the right stack for your workflow — typically a combination of voice AI providers, the major LLMs, automation platforms, and direct integrations with the field service software you already run (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, etc.). We're tool-agnostic by design.
What happens after the first 30 days?
You own everything we build. Most clients keep us on a light retainer for tuning and new workflows; some take the playbook and run it themselves. Either is fine — we don't lock anyone into long contracts.
How is this different from hiring a developer or buying SaaS?
