The questions we get most on these calls.

Is this really free?

Yes. The 30-min call and the written roadmap are free. We do this because half the time we identify quick wins clients can ship themselves — no Riptide needed — and the other half we earn a long engagement. Either way, you walk away ahead.

What should I prepare?

Nothing. Just be near a phone. Matt will ask the questions. Bring whoever runs ops if you can — sometimes it's the dispatcher who has the sharpest answers.

Will you try to upsell me?

No. We don't have an SDR. Matt or Austin runs every first call. Our calendar is full enough that we don't need to push — and if we did, you'd ghost us anyway.

How fast can you actually start?

If we both want to move forward, we typically kick off within 7 business days of the call. Day 1 is on-site (Houston metro) or a 90-min remote workshop.

Do you work outside Texas?

Yes — we do remote engagements across the US, and on-site engagements across TX, LA, OK and the wider Gulf Coast. East & West Coast clients work fine over Zoom.

What if I'm not technical?

Most of our clients aren't. That's the whole point. We do the technical work; we leave you with a system, training docs, and a person to call when something needs to change.
